My philosophy for patient care is to provide the patient with timely access to our office and to deliver compassionate, high quality care. Complete explanation of a problem and patient education are both very important factors in the care I provide.

When do I pay my copay?
We collect your insurance copay when you check him to see the doctor. We accept cash, check or credit cards.
Do you charge for NSF checks?
Yes we have a $25.00 fee for any bounced or non sufficient funds check. For balances due on your account we are willing to set up a reasonible payment plan.
What onsite services do you offer?
Both our locations have basic lab services available such as drawing blood and urine testing. we also are equipped for minor surgery, EKG and spirometry.
Are there other services you provide?
Our Edwardsville location has a treadmill for a simple stress test and a sigmoidoscopy can be performed.
What hospital staff is Dr. Bonzelet on?
Dr is on staff at Anderson hospital in Maryville and St. Elizabeth's hospital in Belleville. He frequently uses the hospitalists - an on site doctor- for his hospitalized patients. He has a good repore with them and feels with the history he provides them they can give good onsite treatment.
What insurance plans do you accept?
Dr is a provider for most major medical insurance plans. He does not take every plan that each insurance company offers. In general for medicare age patients who are on the medicare alternative plan he takes the HMO plan but not the POS or FFS plans.
