Appointments may be made by call either our Collinsville office at 343-1639 or our Edwardsville office at 659-2371 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

If you have scheduled an appointment and you cannot keep it we ask you to call us at least 24 hrs in advance. We do charge $25.00 for no show appointments.
